Passion4Care provides a flexible range of services for people who need additional support to live safely and confidently in their own homes. That includes people who have serious health problems to those who simply aren’t as mobile as they used to be.
We help customers maintain their lifestyles and give their families the peace of mind that comes from knowing their loved ones are in safe hands. We look after people with all kinds of health conditions.
Passion4Care offers care for the older person, adults and children with various conditions including
Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Stroke, Parkinson’s, physical disabilities and learning disabilities.
We provide support following hospitalisation, respite care and end of life care. We also provide a 24 hour live in service.
Personal care is also delivered for between ½ hour and 3 hours typically including: washing, bathing, toileting, dressing, getting into bed and getting up in the morning. We can also help with ironing, cleaning, cooking, shopping and any other domestic chores.
We run a service that is Specific, Measurable, Adaptable, Reassuring & Timely. service for people of all ages providing, for example a companion to accompany them to a show, to read with or just to have a companion to play board games with.
All staff is expected to gain professional qualifications.
